He left his native Northern Ireland in 1980 to commence his study of Dentistry at Newcastle University, completing his degree in 1985, taking with him as well very happy memories of his time in the North East. He decided to continue his dental education, developing more advanced skills -initially at The Charles Clifford Dental Hospital, followed by Doncaster Royal Infirmary and finally The Birmingham Dental Hospital. In1996 he established a referral-based orthodontic practice in Doncaster – a natural development as he has always thoroughly enjoyed orthodontics. His knowledge and skills in orthodontics had through years of study and experience, developed to a level where he felt confident in accepting referrals for a whole range of malocclusions, from the straightforward to the extremely challenging. He was accepted onto the Specialist Register for Orthodontics in 2001. As part of the continued development of his knowledge and skills in other fields of dentistry Keith completed the highly regarded year-long Cosmetic Dentistry course in London, provided by Dr Christopher Orr. He is now also a Clinical Teacher in Restorative Dentistry at The Charles Clifford Dental Hospital. He is also ‘Clearstep’ accredited and will be ‘Invisalign’ accredited early in 2010.

GDC Number: 81580. General Dentist and Cosmetics. She graduated as a dental surgeon from the University of Baghdad in 1986. After gaining an MSC degree in preventative dentistry, teaching in the university, and working in a private practice, Lina moved to the UK in 1998. Here she successfully completed a two year full time course in MSC restorative dentistry from Newcastle University in 2004. During this period Lina also attained an IQE from the GDC in 2003. After completing her vocational training and working as a dental associate in the south west of England for five years, Lina moved to Lincolnshire to continue her flourishing career in dentistry as a part time associate at The Forum in December 2008. Over the last ten years, Lina has continued to increase her dental knowledge and skill development through attending many hand son courses, study days, and lecture sin all aspects of restorative and cosmetic dentistry with special interests in composite build ups, ceramic crowns, and veneers.

GDC registration number: 62831. BDS LDS RCS (Eng) MMedSci. Dental Implant Surgeon. He qualified from the University of Sheffield in 1987, since when he has undertaken extensive postgraduate education, mainly in restorative dentistry. In 2005 he completed the Certificate in Implant Dentistry on the world renowned, eighteen-month, one-to-one Implant Course at the University of Sheffield . In 2011 Richard completed his Master of Medical Science in Dental Implantology. He has undergone training from Europe’s top clinicians in hard and soft tissue manipulation, involving bone grafting and aesthetics. To date, he has successfully placed and restored over 1000 implants and is an active member of the Association of Dental Implantology. Richard has also been a trainer dentist for the last twelve years, and in recognition of his experience and abilities, he has been made a mentor for Nobel Biocare. Outside dentistry, when time allows, he enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and since hanging up his boots, likes to watch Rugby!
