Highworth Dental Care

Siobhan graduated from Dundee University in 1990. Since gaining her BDS she has worked in private general practice and has been at Highworth Dental Care since 1994, becoming practice principal in 2004. She is also managing director of First Lab Direct Ltd and has a particular interest in modern crown and bridge design, especially in relation to the new generation of aesthetic all porcelain restorative systems. This is a subject on which she has co-written a series of papers, published on Aesthetic Dentistry Today, Private Dentistry and Dentistry journals. She is on the judging panel for the national Dentistry awards and in 2010 was awarded a fellowship of the International Academy of Dental Facial Esthetics and plans to develop this side of the business during 2014. Outside of dentistry, Siobhan enjoys cooking and baking…she has a secret desire to take part in Masterchef…as well as walking, pilates and generally keeping fit. She has a teenage daughter but despite that still manages to retain a keen sense of humour! Qualification: BDS University of Dundee 1990 GDC number 65949

Associate Dentist Bhavya qualified as a Dentist in 2005 and gained her periodontal specialist qualification in Sheffield (UK)in 2012. She is proficient in all aspects of non-surgical and surgical periodontal treatment including bone regeneration and treatment of gum related problems such as recession and gummy smile. Following her periodontology training she embarked on restorative training at Sheffield University covering aspects of implant dentistry and treatment of patient with tooth wear and occlusal problems. Her 9 years plus experience of dental practice and above training has contributed to her well rounded skills for a holistic patient centred approach to treatment.

Associate Dentist Magda qualified from Medical University in Szczecin, Poland in 2002, and has been working in the UK since 2006. She has undertaken a variety of restorative and cosmetic courses, including a one year restorative course to became a member of The Tipton Academy of Restorative Dentistry. Magda has a special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and in addition has completed advanced training in Facial Aesthetic Treatments (wrinkle removal, dermal fillers).
