Sat Kelley established the Heath Dental practice in 2005 and is the senior dentist here.Qualified from Guy’s Hospital, London in 1991 and worked in a general practice for 14 years, improving his skills and developing strong relationships with his patient base.Believes in treating the whole patient and not just the mouth with a strong emphasis on continuing patient care and prevention. To this end he has a huge commitment to continuing professional development and skill training.Has a special interest in dental aesthetics (and is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentists) and dental implants. He began his implant training in 1997 and has studied both implants and aesthetics over 2 years in Manchester. He regularly attends courses and conferences internationally and is currently involved in studying for his Diploma in Restorative Dentistry with the Royal College of Surgeons.

Joanna Keetarut is one of our principal dentists, and has worked full time at the practice since November 2005. However, more recently has gone part time.Before starting work at Heath Dental, Joanna took time out between jobs to spend a few months volunteering at a dental clinic in the Amazon basin of Brazil. An incredibly rewarding experience, helping those less fortunate than ourselves, and would love to do something similar in the future – once family commitments allow!Joanna enjoys all aspects of dentistry and finds cosmetic cases very satisfying – of which some cases have been used in international presentations. She is also our resident whitening consultant and has achieved fantastic results.On a more personal level, Joanna takes great pleasure in the people side of dentistry. Getting to know her patients as individuals is just as important to her as their teeth!

Sean an associate dentist works with us on a Monday and Thursday. He qualified in 1998 from Birmingham University and started working at Heath Dental in September 2006.Since qualifying prior to joining heathDENTAL he worked in a variety of practices which included an eighteen month stretch in Melbourne Australia giving him a very diverse approach to the dental techniques and methods used out there. Sean has a special interest in endodontics, also known as “root canal therapy”. He receives many internal referrals as a result of this. He also enjoys all aspects of aesthetic dentistry. Sean is now able to offer the latest techniques in orthodontics, a treatment known as Clearstep.
