BDS PG(CERT) Dental Sedation. Dental Surgeon, Sedationist and Director. GDC No. 53226. He qualified as a dentist from the University of Glasgow in 1979. His first Associate position was in Woking, Surrey, moving to Maidenhead, Berkshire the following year. In 1984 he became Principal of Coach House Dental Practice where, in 1994, he was joined in partnership by his then Associate, Dr. Tony Davidson. He remains at Coach House Dental Practice whilst also operating in Cedar Clinic on a routine basis. He is a member of the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD) and a member of the Association of Dental Implantology (UK), having successfully completed a combined surgical and prosthetic course in implant placement at the Eastman Dental Institute, London. In 2004 he gained the Certificate in Dental Sedation, also awarded by the Eastman Dental Hospital and in 2008 successfully completed University College of London's Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Sedation and Pain Management. Mr. Nicoll was awarded the Gold Certificate of Implantology from Tipton Dental Training Academy in 2014.

BDS LCS RCS. Dental Surgeon and Director. GDC No. 64217. He graduated as a dentist from University College Hospital, London in 1989 and proceeded to take up an associate position in Milton Keynes. In June 1990, he moved to Coach House Dental Practice in Frimley, Surrey where he remained an associate until becoming a partner with Mr. Nicoll and, subsequently, setting up Cedar Dental Clinic. He has since undertaken various courses on endodontics, occlusal rehabilitation and advanced cosmetic procedures and is a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. His principal interest lies is in the field of cosmetic dentistry, most especially with the provision of veneers, including Lumineers, cosmetic contouring and tooth whitening. In 2013 he was awarded the Certificate in Implantology and in 2014 the Certificate in Restorative Dentistry, both from Tipton Dental Training Academy.

BDS MFGDP(UK). Dental Surgeon and Director. GDC No. 67794. He qualified as a Dental Surgeon in 1992 from Edinburgh University. His first posts were hospital based, gaining him experience in MaxilloFacial Surgery and Restorative Dentistry. Having decided to enter General Dental Practice, Mr. Millhouse then undertook an Associate post in Wiltshire. During his time there, he gained the Royal College of Surgeons award of Diploma in General Dental Surgery. Eighteen months of travel were to follow, culminating in working as a dentist in Nepal for two months. On returning to Britain in 1998, he joined Coach House Dental Practice as an associate. His main interests in general practice are cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry and endodontic surgery (root canal treatments). In 2013 and 2014, he successfully completed Tipton Dental Training Academy's Certificates in Implantology and Restorative Dentistry.
