BDS (Hons) Lpool, FDS, RCS Ed (GDC Registration No: 60534)Specialist Oral Surgeon and Clinical Director Paul has been registered as a Specialist Oral Surgeon since 2001 and has been involved with implant dentistry for more than 25 years placing several thousand implants over that period. He is a part-time Consultant and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at Edinburgh University Postgraduate Institute. Paul lectures both nationally and internationally, and has held senior positions on a number of representative bodies in both the UK and in Europe.Paul was Chairman of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Advisory Board in Implant Dentistry, President of the European Association of Osseointegration (EAO), President of the Association for Dental Implantology (ADI) and a member of the General Dental Council Working Group convened to revise the Implant Training Standards Guidelines for General Dental Practitioners. He is also a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI).Pauls main areas of interest lie in implant surgery and reconstruction, as well as education, training and assessment for implant dentistry.

BDS (Hons) Lond, FDS RCS Eng, MSc Lond (GDC Registration No: 66211)Specialist Prosthodontist Adela is experienced in all aspects of conventional and implant, fixed and removable prosthodontics. She underwent her specialist training in London and has been involved in implant prosthodontics for the more than twelve years.Adela is also a member of the International Team for Implantology (ITI).

BChd (Hons) Malta, MSc Lond, PhD Lond, MFDS RCS Eng, MFD RCS Irel, FFD RCS Irel (GDC Registration No: 84070)Specialist Periodontist and Oral Surgeon Marilou undertook postgraduate training in Periodontology at the Eastman Dental Institute (EDI) in London and subsequently read for a PhD degree also at EDI. During this period she was part-time lecturer in Periodontology. Marilou was registered as a specialist Periodontist in 2000 and Oral Surgeon in 2007. Marilou has worked as a lecturer in oral surgery at the University of Dundee and is currently a part-time Senior Clinical Teaching Fellow in Oral Surgery at Aberdeen University Dental School.Marilou is a member of the British Society of Periodontology, British Dental Association, International Team for Implantology (ITI), European Association of Osseointegration and Association of Dental Implantology.
