The Team
Dr Brian Clarke together with Dr Melanie Castelhano lead an experienced and dedicated team of dental professionals, all registered with the GDC. We work closely with our London based dental laboratories and have trusted colleagues to whom we can refer for specialist treatments. The senior nurse, Mina and practice manager Barbara, ensure that your visit is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Along with them, our doctors and Maria our hygienist are all committed to providing high quality dental care in a safe, clean environment and take the time to listen to you, our patients.

Dr Brian ClarkePrincipal Dentist Principal Dentist & Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry Dr Brian Clarke established Bayswater Dental Clinic over thirty years ago, offering patients state-of-the art dentistry along with excellent customer care. He qualified at Liverpool University and then furthered his career with postgraduate training in sedation, advanced restorative techniques and endodontics. Dr Clarke now also offers implants for tooth replacement, laser treatment to treat inflamed gums and micro-abrasion to prepare teeth for renewal. Recently, he has added the treatment of snoring to his range of specialties, often fitting the latest chrome based small appliances. Dr Clarke enjoys the challenges of the most difficult cases and is well known for his skills and for his caring approach.

Dr Melanie CastelhenoDentist GDC: 208449 BDS Dentist & Invisalign Specialist Born in Canada, Melanie began University in Toronto and later moved to Portugal where she completed her Dentistry Degree. After single-handedly setting up and running her own dental clinic, People’s Teeth in Porto, she decided to further pursue her career in the UK. Melanie has special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry and Adult Orthodontics and is invisalign certified. She is committed to providing the very best clinical dentistry and enjoys helping her patients achieve their ideal straight, white, healthy smile. Whether you regularly visit the dentist or are nervous and embarrassed about crooked, stained or misshaped teeth, Dr M. Castelhano is available to put you at ease about treatment and provide you with the professional care and expertise you desire.

Mrs Barbara DabrowaManager Practice Manager and Senior Nurse Barbara's care and attention has, for many years, ensured both the smooth and efficient running of the practice and that your visit will be as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Her bubbly personality creates a friendly welcome to the clinic and she is always ready to answer your queries and look after your concerns. Barbara is also a highly skilled dental nurse and will often be an extra pair of hands at the chairside
