The practice has been designed to provide a welcoming informal atmosphere for both adult and child patients.
In our waiting room you will be able to view a television signage which displays information on local events, theatre productions, patient and staff achievements, as well as information on the services we provide.
The orthodontic team have been carefully selected to compliment Suzette’s care for patients and passion for orthodontics. The team includes orthodontic nurses, patient co-ordinator and a practice manager/receptionist. All are very experienced, fully qualified and able to discuss any queries you may have.
Dr. Suzette Mulder is fully up to date with the latest techniques and developments in orthodontics especially Invisalign and self-ligating brackets.
To work in this business we are being placed in a position of trust by our patients. We aim to ensure that each and every patient trusts us with their smile and feels safe in the knowledge that we will be giving them an exceptional level of service. While the staff are all trained to a very high standard in their professional fields, we also undertake training in communication, ethics, and safeguarding. Dr Suzette MulderOrthodontist Suzette qualified as a dentist (BChD) from the University of Pretoria in 1997 and went on to do a postgraduate diploma in orthodontics and MSc (with distinction, receiving the award for most eminent postgraduate student) from the University of Pretoria. She received a Masters in Orthodontics (at Medunsa- Medical University of South Africa) in 2006. In 2008 she obtained her MOrth from the Royal College of Edinburgh.
She is on the specialist register, a member of the British orthodontic Society and a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontics. -
Miss Stacy TaylorDental Nurse Stacy qualified as a dental nurse in 2003 and worked for a while in general dental practice before specialising in orthodontics. She joined the practice in 2007 and has both qualifications in orthodontic assisting and radiography from Keele University. Her hobbies include reading, swimming and socialising with friends.
- Mrs Sam McCallumDental Nurse
Sam started working in the dental profession in1998 and gained her dental nursing qualification in 2000. She has been working with us since 2002 and has gained a wide knowledge of skills and experience in orthodontics. She passed her radiography qualification in 2004. She is our patient coordinator and looks after our new patients helping them through the consultation process.
- Mrs Tamsin MackenziePractice Manager
Tamsin is the Practice Manager and the fist person you will meet when you enter the practice. She started working in the dental profession in 2007 and has worked in both private and NHS practice. She joined our team in 2011.You can ask Tamsin any questions about treatment, finances, and appointments.
