Dr David MathewsonPrincipal Dentist After graduation in 1978, he worked for four years in the hospital service, undertaking advanced training in a number of disciplines. In 1982, he went into general dental practice in Cornwall working in three practices in Helston, Redruth and Penzance. Founder member of Gloucestershire Independent Dentists (GID) and currently vice chair, David has successfully established study groups for GID hygienists, managers and dental nurses. This allows for fully integrated continual professional development programmes for the entire team.
