DBS (Lond) 2003, MFDS RCS (Eng) 2005, Award-winning Master of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics and Specialist Clinical Teacher in Restorative Dentistry at Guy's Hospital, Hiten trained under world-renowned implant and restorative clinicians. In 2007 he became the youngest associate specialist in restorative dentistry at St. George's, and has attended many international conferences to speak for the International Association for Dental Research

He has also contributed to textbooks such as "Adhesive Restoration of Endodontically Treated Teeth," as well as a number of endodontic journals.
