Cavehill Dental Care

Marty qualified in 1990 at Queens University, and has worked in Cavehill since then, and took over the reigns of running the practice in 2002. Father of those five above. He tells us that he is "in the prime of his career"! He has just completed his 25th year in the practice!

Catherine Lyttle qualified with Honours in 1998 in Belfast and began her career here. A firm second in command, she is a competent implantologist as well as carrying out most of the orthodontics. She also carries out many complex multidisciplinary treatments within Cavehill. More recently, Catherine has become trained in 6monthsmiles and is an accredited dentist in this regard. 

Kate Wylie graduated from Dundee University in 2000 and obtained her MFDS RCS Ed 2005 working in a hospital setting performing a wide range of oral surgery and restorative cosmetic dentistry. She worked in a specialist endodontic practice from 2005 to 2007 before joining Cavehill Dental Care where she is a valued member of our dental team providing the majority of our complex Root Fillings. Kate completed the Paul Tipton one year cosmetic dentistry course in 2008.

Jess carries out a wide range of treatments, and also is our Denplan champion. She has trained in Facial Aesthetics. Most recently, she has become affiliated to the sixmonthsmiles team.

Tracey is our full time hygienist. She joined us in August 2013 and is proving to be an invaluable member of our team. She has a wonderful enthusiasm for her work and provides a thorough yet gentle approach to helping our patients achieve and maintain good oral health. Just look how happy she is in this photograph! We are also commissioning a new hygiene room for Tracey to the highest specification in early 2016. It will be the best in town, bar none!
