Wadebridge Dental Care

BDS Wales 2005 GDC no 85277 He had aspirations of being a dentist from aged 12 and qualified in 2005 from Cardiff Dental school achieving Merit for clinical and academic achievement. These aspirations gave him the drive and motivation to own and establish the caring family practice of which he is now Principal, Wadebridge Dental Care. A profession he has a great passion and enthusiasm for and still enjoys greatly to this day. In 2009 Andrew was elected as Local Dental Committee chairman for Cornwall and Isles of Scilly allowing him to influence dentistry and represent, guide and help local dentists in Cornwall. Also representing the south-west region nationally on the GDPC-LDC liaison group which meets quarterly at the British Dental Association and in his involvement with the Local Professional network in Cornwall.

BDS Belfast 2010 GDC no 193130 graduated in 2010 from Queens University Belfast with a distinction in restorative dentistry. Following this he relocated to Cornwall and worked his foundation year in Padstow dental practice before moving to Wadebridge in 2011. A focus on prevention and oral health is adhered to in surgery as Stephen is always keen to focus on the full picture when treating his patients. He takes particular pride in saving and restoring teeth through root canal therapy and rehabilitation.

BDS Peninsula Dental School 2013 GDC no 244955 qualified in 2013 from peninsula dental school with a BDS Honours, following on from a degree in Physiotherapy. She did her foundation training in Tavistock before joining Wadebridge Dental Care in 2014. Kate covers all aspects of general dental care but has a particular interest in prosthetic dentistry – crowns, veneers, bridges and dentures. She also loves to enhance people’s smiles and self confidence by lightening teeth and improving the aesthetics of front teeth.
